My cousin she was placed in drugcourt for conspracy of robbery but she also had many weed and pills in her system , and since it was her first offense they didn't send her to caliente for 6 months, but now she has a suspended commintment , and was in the program for a year and a half and has been on the run for a couple weeks now she will turn 18 soon whenever she gets caught if she does what will end up happening. And when she gets locked up whether she gets caught before or after she turns 18 what's going to happen will she get sent to caliente if caught before, and after is it possible to get years in county? She was walking a thin line with the judge and he really is not fond of her since the first court date he didn't want her in drugcourt so he sent her to a different judge which igave he drugcourt. How screwed is she, last time I spoke her she was in a panic trying to figure what would be best for her I'm thinking treatment but who knows when they will find her,

Whats the worst that can happen i heard if she runs untill 18 the most that will happen is 15 days in county nd thats what happened to her brother,,, and its in vegas also soo it might be different..but i dont know can you tell me what you think will happen?

You heard wrong, charges and sentence does not go away at 18 at 18 they just house them in adult facility but the punishment of how long stays the same.

If they turn theirself in before 18 is when it works out the best.
