I am going to court next week to try and have my 26 yr old daughter evicted from my home. She is vindictive, verbally abusive and uses me financially. She owes me $800. I also was told by my psychiatrist that I was enabling her and it needed to stop. I love her dearly. I lost 45 pounds due to stress and have had 2 surgeries this year. I am divorced and yet to get my hospital bills in. I also paid off her student loans this year from my inheritance.
Question: I take lots of PRESCRIBED medications. I'm being called a dope head, and that I am mentally unstabled. This is not true. Can prove it to!
Will this prevent me from having her evicted and should I bring a list of my medications or try and get maybe some kind of note from psychiatrist?

Probably not. I don't see what the fact that you are seeing a psychiatrist has to do with the eviction. The judge is likely to agree with me.

A note from your psychiatrist is inadmissable. It would be hearsay.
