I bought a converse leather shoe, however, whenever I wear it, my heels would be hurt by the back of shoe... I ended up with blister heels and man it hurts. I think this shoe is stiff but I do not want to waste money buying a new shoe. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Try putting on a pair of dress slack socks and walk around w/the shoes on when your not going to wear them to go out of the house and eventually they will stretch out. In the meantime put a bandaid across the back of the shoe where it's rubbing on your heel to prevent blisters and also put a bandaid on your heel where it meets the heel of the shoe to protect it.

Get shoes that fit your width as well as your length. If you are a narrow or wide, keep in mind that there can be more than one size of wide or narrow, it's better try on the shoes to see how it fits before purchasing it. You should also get supportive shoes inserts that work for you. Without good support, your feet will get tired and sore. The inserts will help ease the pain.

You can also buy a gadget that stretches shoes. It is a mechanical device, that when inserted into the shoe, can be made larger, with twisting some screws slowly. Then, later, twisting them a little more, making the shoe stretch.
I have seen them in catalogs, and you might find them online through a search engine.
