My son is now just over 6 months old and have been allowed to see him 5 times for a about an hour each time (usualy less)
I am not on the birth certificate, but would like to be.
Csa is in proses but am still waiting for them to contact my workplace,
I want to be on the birth certificate, see my son, and be there for him.
I work around 1 hour drive away from where them mum lives,
But its in the middle of nowhere and I curently don't have a car of my own,
I can not afford a lawer and just need to be pointed in the right direction, with some advice from eather profeshonal lawers or people who have/are been/going through the same problem,
I can not speak to the mother of my son as she just hangs up as soon as she knows it me
Please someone help me I don't know how to go forward,

Whether the birth certificate can be changed so as to show you as the father would depend on the laws of the jurisdiction in which the child was born. Where are you?

I assume this means that a child support agency is working your case. Such agencies normally don't concern themselves with visitation rights. You would need to ask a court to give you specific visitation rights, once you find a means to travel to where the child lives for visitation purposes.

OK is there any way I can get to court as in new to the legal game and really confused, would hire a lawer but all my money is going into a bank account for my son, so he douse not have the childhood I had with no money and really rough

Also transport will not be a problem as I can use a work car in the next 2 months
