My dad passed and left a house to me. The house was put in trust October of 2007. I am the trustee. What do I do? Do I change the name on the deed, or wait until the five years are up?

What five years?

It depends on the purpose of the trust, as recited in the trust instrument. Assuming that the purposes of the trust (to avoid probate, for example) have been completed, you would execute a deed from you as trustee to you as grantee. If the trust explicitly states that you should hold it in trust for five years, for some reason, you would have course wait. You should consult an attorney in your jurisdiction to make sure that this is done correctly.
