I noticed light spottings a few days ago,but this morning I had discharge that is really dark,almost like black.. I took morning after pill about three weeks ago.. could this be a miscarriage? I'm really scared and confused

I would suggest that you read the pamphlet that should have come with the pills you took. That will explain what you can expect after taking the morning after pill.

I would really suggest that you make an appt asap to see your doctor because if it has been three weeks since you took the "morning after pill" and you are now seeing bleeding that is black. Dark or black blood means old bleeding/ blood. If it were fresher blood it would be a brighter read and I could be your monthly starting since it has been at least three weeks since your last. But with it being so dark it doesn't sound like it. You really need to be checked to make sure that you do not need a D&C to clean out your uterus out. Only your doctor would be able to safely advice you after he examines you. I hope everything works out for you. Let us know. Good luck.
