I am pregnant and moved home with my family. After I found out I was pregnant my boyfriend was put in jail for a previous charge that I was not aware of. When he got out he decided he did not want to be with me. He is on probation for five years. I have moved back to New Mexico my home town. He resides in Oklahoma what are my rights with the baby. He does not want to,help me financially but wants visitation when the baby is born.

Does not matter what he wants and in some ways does not matter what you want.
He has no rights and no obligations to pay until the child is born.
Once the child is born, you may file for custody of the child, and for child support to be ordered.
He after the child is born, can file for visitation with the child.
That is each of yours rights to file and petition the court for.

He has little choice about supporting the child. You file for child support once the child is born and the court will order that he pay. Unless he goes underground he will be required to pay.
But since he is the father he also has the right to seek visitation. With a criminal record you can probably limit visitation to supervised so he will have to come visit you.
