I was in my bed trying t go to sleep when I felt a sharp pinch on my "ding a ling" I went in the bathroom and I looked around and I saw this bump? I have never had Sex or shaved, but I do have Pubic hair. Please help I don't want to talk to my parents about it. What is it!!

Sounds like a simple in grown hair.
