Can u be arrested in mass for refusing to submit to a paternity test? Even if you are called to court to do so and how?

Refusing a court order in any state can have repercussions that include arrest.

What's the problem with submitting to a DNA test?

The person asking for the test has a few options, they file to have the person returned to court in contempt and/or they ask the court for a default ruling ( basically have the person declared the father without the test since they refuse to take the test)

If you are ordered to submit to a test and do not do so, the court can issue a warrant for your arrest. While they might not send the police to arrest you, if you are stopped for any reason the outstanding warrant will show.

If you do not submit to a test, then a court might rule you are the father by default, which means child support will be ordered.

As asked, why are you refusing?
