I bought a spa pack for my hot tub. Have everything, blower pump board, everything I thought I would need. It's an older hot tub and have no clue the brand. (got it free) anyway I understand basic plumbing and the way it should work. Here lies the problem, I see the inlet from the skimmer box and the outlet but with the outlet there are 4 jet hoses that I have no idea what to attach to. Would those be for a separate circulation pump? I don't get it every diagram shows just the 2 " in and out. Not 1" jet lines with shut offs. So any ideas??

Why not go to a store where they sell this type of equipment and see how it's done? I would think that you drill through the side of hot tub and mount the jets with clear GE Silicone used to seal it up. It should be very basic stuff. Here is a video on how to do some of the work, and there are many more covering every stage: Looking for HOT TUB INSTALLATION ? Yes, HOT TUB INSTALLATION .
