Hello doctor,
I am 23 yrs old male.I am 5’7’’ tall.I was fat and weighed 103 kgs.Started working out in gym and reduced to 80kgs.For the past one year I am working with an IT firm and since then I have been doing no exercises.Now I weigh around 90-95 kgs.Mostly I have junk food or from restaurants.For the past 3 months I have been facing a lot of health issues.Sometimes I have pain in left side of the chest.I was having gastro troubles for which I consulted a specialist,he gave medicines and it felt intermittently better. I always feel dizzy and fatigued, also have a very considereble reduction in my attention and focus.I had an ECG and EEG recently and the doctors said it was fine.Cholestrol is normal, sugar is normal and thyroid was fine.Pressure is 90/130. Recently some times the chest pains get bad, no breathing problems during chest pain and pulse seems normal. I had gelusil but it makes no difference.What could be wrong?Looking forward to your reply.Thanks in advance.
