A good friend of mine (B for short), who is bysexual, just finished up an 8-year flat prison sentence on child molestation. I introduced him to another female friend (T), & they fell in love, & eventually got married. She has a 6-year-old son. About a week before they were to get married, her therapist took it upon herself to have the son removed from her home because she has association with B. The therapist then made it clear to T that, if she wanted her son back, that she has to abandon ALL associations with B. Well, B & T are now married, & they're trying to get T's son back. I heard that there was a Federal Statute that would help in situations like this, stating that 'as long as the parent/legal guardian is fine with the accused cm party being with the child, that the government cannot do anything about it, such as removing said child from the happy home'. I'm not sure where to look for it, or even how, & need some help. B is like my son, & I also care for T very much, & would like to help them out as much as I can. By the way, we all like in Kansas City, Missouri.
