My daughter 13 started menstruating 2 months ago. On for 4 days. Very pale girl and chemist said she looks abit anemic. Suggested she take some iron tabs(ferrous) For 2 days no very nausous nose bleeding and this morning her lips wer very blood red and looked like it was bleeding. Also says her troat is sore and feels strange. What could this be?? Need I take her to a dr. Stopped the tabs yesterday and she no longer nausous
