I was born in 1988 and as a little girl I remember watched an animated version of Snow White that was not the Disney version.
Some of the specifics I remember are:
-The queen tying Snow White's dress with the poison laces (or perhaps just tying them too tightly).
-Snow White lying in a glass coffin and a grayish bear, who was seen earlier in the movie, get distraught and knocks the coffin over which cause the piece of apple to dislodge from Snow White's throat.
-I want to say the dwarves' house was formed around a tree.
I've searched Wikipedia and IMDB and I haven't found anything that's leading me in the right direction.
