Why do you want to sprain your ankle? You can't do it without it hurting.

Often, when you do sprain it, if the sprain is bad enough, it will take months to completely heal.

Again... why do you want to know this?

1. I don't want to sprain my ankle, I want to know how it works.
2. months? In some conditions, only a couple weeks, so I've heard.
3. I want to know because my friend sprained her ankle and I want to try to have an explanation of how you sprain it walking. Can you walk funny and sprain it? If yes, explain how. It would be interesting to know.

Why do I feel like there is more to this than you are telling here?

You aren't looking to use this as an excuse for something, are you?

No I'm not, I'm being serious. Can you just tell me?

I wore heels and steeped funny on it going down stairs. It hurt like hell but the doc said it will only take 1-2 weeks

Wow, I don't know why, but I find the way you can injure yourself fascinating. I love the way the body works and I think that sprains could still be furthermore discovered. Thanks so much for the help!

Huh? Like Columbus discovering the New World? Like Pasteur discovering how to kill germs in milk?
