We tried helping a family member with the purchase of an extra vehicle that we have. This family member only paid two car notes and then defaulted along with getting several speeding tickets that reflect back to us. They are refusing to give the vehicle back and have possibly hidden the vehicle. What recourse do we have. Can we go to the residence with the police to retrieve the vehicle seeing that there has not been any change of ownership and the title is still in our name. Please help as this is a serious situation
