I have a 97 Honda Civic. It won't start at all, and won't turn over. I can push start it. Starter and battery is good.

Replaced ignition coil a couple of years ago.

Any ideas of what could be wrong?

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Check the ignition switch for wear, pitting, or melting.

. Remove and fully charge the battery, clean battery terminals and cable connections, including those going to the starter motor. Most auto parts stores will charge batteries for free.

My bet is there's a problem with the battery. If the problem persists, have the starter motor tested.

I've tested the battery, and the auto place said it was good. I just cleaned the battery terminals and connections. Just replaced the starter as well.

Other than the test light, any other ideas of what to do?

I will only believe that battery is good, if it's placed on a charger and the ammeter reads 1 to 1.5 amps. Many other battery tests fall woefully short.
