Hi I need help with my jealousy and anger.

I been with my boyfriend for 7yrs we have two kids together. Everything was fine before he meet his friend. Now everything we do is fight and argue for anything. He just want to be clubbing with his friends always in the street. He always come late.

A year ago he went on a vacation and I think he meet someone over there because I caught him talking on the phone. I check his call and see numbers that are from the place he went on vacation. He tells me he didn’t do anything bad over there but I can’t believe him.

Right now I fight with him for anything. I tell him that he cheats on me and he says no. But how can I change. I don’t want to lose my family. I also have anger problems. I always fight I hit him too. I know if we stay together one of us is going to get hurt. I don’t have kids and to go through this is not easy.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OR GIVE ME ADVICE!!

Talk to him calmly. Look him in the eyes and say, "Tell me the truth. Are you seeing someone else? If you are, we can make it work. I just want too know the truth, bill, just tell me the truth. I wont get angry. We have to make it work, for our family."

Get yourself some counseling so you can deal with your anger. If you don't trust him and are being abusive, you don't need to be with him.

That is what I'm doing I'm trying to get some help for my anger and about the abuse I'm the one tha hits him. He won't put a hand on me

That's what I said. If you are being abusive. Get some help, otherwise you two don't need to be with each other, especially since there are children in the picture

See if there are anger management classes in your area, or get some couples counseling.
