If he gets an extra cheque for his daughter, and he believes it is for his use, then he is wrong. The extra cheque is to provide for his daughter and should be used this way.

Why is the check being sent to him and not you as your child's guardian?
What is the legal arrangement concerning the child.
Where are you? Report that he keeps both checks to SS.

The check from SSI should be going to the custodial parent, not him. He has lied to Social Security that she is living with him.
No it is not a form of child support, it is a check that is to go to the child, he is committing fraud on this.
Who has legal custody of the child, have you went to court and have official custody ? Do you have child support though the court ordered.

He told them she lives with him, but that is not the case. I am the custodial parent. I do not have child support stablished yet. I am trying to see if I can get this check mailed to me or else I will file

Do you have legal (Court) paperwork stating that you are the custodial parent?

Ok,
Have you ever been to family court and got legal custody of the child.
While where she lives is important, the issue here will be do you have legal custody though the courts.
