Last year, I did not pay one months rent because my apt was terrible and couldn't be used for the purposes intended. I ended up owing them $800. I paid that off in full. Now a year and over $1,500 later, I am still in the hole with them for some reason. I've paid my rent each month since then. They even sent a letter saying the judgement was satisfied. I talked to the leasing office about why I was still get eviction notices and says its because I'm being charged a late fee every month on my rent for not paying the court fees. Is this legal? My rent and court fees are two separate entities.

Probably not. Read the fine print in the lease.
If the judgment was satisfied, they must have applied your rent payments to the judgment, leaving something still owing on the post-judgment rent.

Yes and I paid my judgement off$800 off in full that included the court fees but somehow they still say I owe them money after I received a letter from the court saying the judgement was satisfied. Literally two days after I got that letter they were sending more eviction notices and another court paper...
