I was just curious as to how long alcohol would remain detectable on an EtG test... I had 3 microbrews and 3 shots of whiskey over 4 hours, I'm 32 and weigh 225 and am moderately active. Just wondering roughly how long this would be detectable in my system, thanks!

Not familiar with "microbrew". What is the size and alcohol content?

Microbrew is a slightly stronger beer... they were 16 oz about 7% alc by volume
Also would alka seltzer cold and cough gelcaps, dayquil gelcaps, or coldeze cough drops create a false positive? Thanks for your time

There is no way to predict the amount of EtG production from one individual to another. It's an imprecise method of comparing past results from available studies. Consumption above 5 drinks lacks timed and measured research.
Your consumption was equivalent to 9 standard drinks (US). While at your size the alcohol would be eliminated in <5 hours I would allow 90 hours for EtG clearance. That is a safe time span.
The OTC cold products listed should not interfere.

How long will 4 - 12oz beers take?
