Want help?
GET HER TO THE VET NOW!
Why are you here asking about this? We can't help you and you can't do anything to treat this dog yourself. If she means so much to you, then you should have already had her at the vets office at the first sign of a problem.
Get off the internet, stop looking for miracle cures, and get her where she belongs!
Hopefully you won't be too late to save her.

If you can't get her to a vet call a rescue and see if they can help with the bills. You may even have to give her up to the rescue so they can treat her and find a home that can afford a vet. That is what an animal lover would be doing.

Oh really? I'm an " " if I don't know the situation? I know this much...
I know that you took this dog without the ability to care for it properly by taking it to the vet. I know that you have a 4 month old dog that is going to die. I know that I am sick of people taking pets when they can't properly care for them and then ultimately the animal suffers and dies.
So why can't you go to a vet with this dog that you took the responsibility of caring for?

I ain't rich and I have a dog with health issues. I had to consider rehoming him at one point if he needed his surgery. Was I upset.. god yes ask the regulars here I posted crying over it. I was prepared to move heaven and earth to make my boy healthy.
I still am not rich we live pay check to pay check.

It has nothing to do with being rich. It has to do with taking responsibility for a life. You can't properly care for this dog and now it will probably die.
So you saved her and now what?
See if you can work out a deal or a payment plan with a vet... or, do what mogrann said.

That's bull. Dogs aren't free. If you couldn't afford to care for her, you should have let her go to a home that could. That's the bottom line.
I'm not rich either. Vet bills are expensive, I get that. My family lives pay cheque to pay cheque, on a very tight budget. But, my animals always get the care they need. If I have to sell something, or take out a loan, or beg friends, or, worst case scenario, re-home my animal to ensure it gets the proper medical care, then that's what I'll do. That's what I have done. Thankfully it's never come to having to re-home them. A few months ago I had to find over $600 to take my very sick 10 year old dog to the vet. Guess what, he died anyway! But, I spent the money, got him to the vet, because that's what I promised when I adopted him. That's the commitment I made!
If you can't take this poor dog to a vet, then find her a home that can. Without a vet, she'll likely die. The symptoms you're describing aren't everyday things that can be easily fixed. No one on the internet can help. Not even a vet can give you a diagnosis and treatment online.
I know the truth hurts, but the truth is, if you can't afford vet care, you shouldn't have a pet. Obviously you're not that poor, you have a computer, and internet service. Sell the computer, shut down the internet, and get your dog the help she needs. Priorities. You either have them, or you don't.

As for you you are a cold hearted mother well you get the drift you really need to sit back and read what people say to others and how they say it make sure you read and not type because you'll sound a hole lot smarter and nicer you are just plaine mean and if you8 can't find it in your heart to be nice to others that are hurting then you shouldn't say to any one you are a cold cold and very mean person and I will prey for you but for now I'm going to end this with HEY YOU AND HAVE A BLESSED DAY

Odinn you are not cold hearted nor mean! You care for the animals and that shows in your posts. The original poster is out of line! You come on here and ask for help and were answered. I am upset that you are being treated like this when your concern is for the dog that is suffering.

Thanks but it's not that big of a deal. It takes a lot more than that to hurt my feelings.
You are right though, my concern is for the dog.
I just hope she is really going to get it to someone that can care for it... and I hope she does it in time to save its life.

Pus pockets on her body means infection. Her vomiting and acting lethargic is her body reacting to the infection.
I hate to say it, but I agree with everyone here. If she is sick, she needs to see a doctor. There are programs out there to help you if money is a problem. Call your family members or friends and ask if they can float you some money to take her to the vet tomorrow. She needs to see a doctor. If she doesn't, she could very likely die. I know you love her, but imagine how horrible you will feel if she died due to a very curable disease.
For the night, bath her in warm water, wash her in a mild soap, like dawn dish soap and keep her warm. Offer to to eat some browned hamburger and rice or boiled chicken and rice. Give her gateraid or pedialyte to drink to help her keep some nutrients in her body from the vomiting.
She needs antibiotics. There is really no way around it. There is no home cure or magical treatment that is going to cure her. She needs some medicine.
The longer you wait, the more expensive a vet visit is going to cost you. Make an appointment tomorrow. Stress that it is an emergency. You can also shop around to see which clinic is going to charge you emergency fees during the day and which ones aren't.
I don't have all the money in the world either.. but I do have the support of my family to take proper care of my pets..

Odinn is a highly respected member of this site, and frankly, his reaction to your post is exactly the reaction I had.
If you answered questions on this site, for free (like we do) and 20 plus times a day had people asking how to cure their very sick dogs, telling you they can't afford a vet, knowing that the dog is dying, how would you react?
If you're an animal advocate, love animals, then you'd react exactly the way Odinn did, and I did. I find it amusing that you didn't call me cold hearted too, because I think I was a lot more honest with you than Odinn was.
The fact is, the truth hurts. You didn't want to hear that you're not doing the best for the dog you claim to love so much. I know it's hard to hear the truth, but if you come here and ask a question, the truth is what you'll get. We don't sugar coat things.
You owe Odinn an apology.
