Hi,
I've been having a terrible time ridding my work computer of Win.32 viruses, SpyBot trojans, Malware, etc. I've used NoAdware, Spyware Bot and XoftSpy programs with limited improvement. I still get the "System Alert: Trojan-SpyWin.32@mx balloon. Also, when I shutdown the computer, I get an "DLL Initialization Failed" message.
What am I missing here?
Thanks,
Mark

A couple of programs you may want to try is Spybot Search and Destroy and Ad-Aware. Two excellent freeware programs I use quite often. CCleaner can be used after all traces are gone.

Of course, with so many viruses, trojans, malware, etc. your better off to reformat and reinstall. You should disconnect from the internet, boot into safe mode, and save the data you want to keep. Make sure your not saving the virus, trojan, etc. though!
