Because you never made it to Nebraska, there's already a warrant out.

so I obviously am gud rightHello again, Mz:

No. Cops don't tell you about warrants... But, you MUST know that your probation officer isn't going to just let you STOP reporting... You DO know, that, don't you?

It will soon,

** first start using English, text speech is not allowed, I will delete future posts that are not properly written.

Your use of English makes you apperar uneducated and already makes people have a opinion about you, one that is not positive.

Next you have to either return to your old state, or move to the state you were suppose to, you can not just move and stay somewhere else.

That is a serious violation and you need to correct it NOW, call your PO and tell them where you are at, and what happened as to why you did not move as you were suppose to.

The new charge, call the PO and tell them of the new charge NOW. Failure to tell them of police contact and new charges is a serious violation.

The judge at the new case may not run a NCIC report on you for something minor, as long as it is not criminal. Perhaps a code violation or a city crime of some level.
But if this is state court at sentencing they will most likely do a NCIC report and it will show your probation, They will notify the PO

BUT, even if they don't, your PO every so often as part of policy runs a new NCIC report to see if you picked up any new charges and did not report.

SO, you are in violation by ?

1. not moving as PO instructions and not reporting the failure to do so.
2. new residence and living there without permission
3. picking up a new charge ( even if minor)
4. not reporting the new charge
5. If you were to report in at a certain date or time after the move, or regular report, not reporting in

So you have at least 5 violations at this point and it is only going to get worst. You need to be on the phone crying to the PO and asking them what you need to do.

I just went to trial this morning and it showed I was on probation.. but they let me go and didn't say I had a warrant or anything.. I been told my p.o. About it.. she knows what happened.. she said its out of her hands and up to Nebraska.. and they haavent issued no warrants..
