Ok so I me and my husband have been having unprotected sex 18-26 all those days. The 21 is when I always get my period. So around the 29-30 I had a little bleeding that lasted on 2-3 days it wasn't very light or heavy it was lighter than my period though. I took a pregnancy test last nightand it came back negative, which makes me think why am I having these cramp like pains in my abdomen and why is it that I'm very sensible when I smell grease and peanut butter which also leads me wondering why is it I have a dark ring around my nipple area? Im frustrated I don't know what to do. Does this mean I'm not pregnant or what? Any advice please.

Buy and use a home pregnancy test kit.

I am advised that they can be reliable as soon as 4 days after you miss your period.

Ask your Pharmacist for a kit he would recommend.

I may not have seen it ? Did you miss a period yet, I don't think you did, if your last was the 21st of last month, so you need to wait to about the 28th of this month to do a test.

I'm reading the period was due on the 21st of May - but, again, I can't be sure.

Okay.
Just because you took a test and it was negative does not mean that you are not pregnant. Unfortunately, there are false negatives that happen all the time. You do sound like you have a few pregnancy symptoms. Light period, dark ring around nipples and sensitivity to smells. But not all symptoms are sure signs of pregnancy. As some symptoms can happen because you want them to. Psychologically, if a woman wants to become pregnant, her body will actually start have symptoms of pregnancy. I know this because I went through it. My best advice to you, is to wait it out another week and take another HPT, if it is still negative and you have yet to get your menstrual cycle, go to your doctor and ask to have a blood test done, as a blood test is the most accurate way of reading if there is HCG in your blood stream. Which if you don't know, HCG is the pregnancy hormone. Blood tests are much more accurate than Urine tests. Try not to stress out too much about it as stress can delay your period. I know this as well from experience. Best of luck to you!

Thankk you. Im just kind of frustrated cause if I am pregnant this will be my 2nd. With my first pregnancy I felt back pain first and I didn't really experience any symptoms only cause the first one was a surprise! And I didn't pay attention causr I didn't know till I started throwing up. Im anxious cause we really look forward to have another baby! Thank you again!

You might want to retest using first morning urine. It is more accurate in picking up the pregnancy hormone called HCG as your urine is more concentrated in the morning.
