Good Morning, :)
I am in the process of interviewing contractors for a new heating and air system.
Thus far I have spoken with Carrier and Goodman reps. The systems seem to be the same ?
I live in a row home about 1200sqft.
However goodman offers a better warranty and the price was around $4100, ten year parts and labor, life time on the exchanger,80% efficiency, 70 BTU, 13SEER air unit, heating is a two stage system.
Question, is goodman a good brand or just a cheap one? When it comes to Goodman, Carrier and Trane wich is the better purchase.
The Carrier system is running about $4200 (from BGE )with 10 year parts and labor and 20 year exchanger.
Also does it really make a difference if I get a two stage system or a one stage system.
Thanks 4ever
