I have no pressure from the hot water. The water is not hot either. What can I do or is it the hot water heater.

i have no pressure from the hot water. the water is not hot either. what can i do or is it the hot water heater.? I had water last night ( hot water) but none today and no pressure when I turn on the facet in the kitchen or bathrooms.
