Started his 3 yr sentence on sept. 2011. About when will he be released. Just curious.

It is possible he might be released earlier if he is a model prisoner and qualifies for parole, but we can't predict that. It is also possible his sentence might be extended if he breaks laws while in prison.

Every state calculates their time differently. Some states offer time off for good behavior. Some states offer parole. So, it's difficult to say.

You can CALL the prison and speak to his case manager. They know EXACTLY when he'll be released, and they'll be happy to talk to you.
