I have a friend and 22 years ago he had went out with this girl and she had a baby but didn't put him down as the father.now she want child support and they also pull his driver license because he o's like way up in the $$$$.what should he do?

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. For him to owe back support it sounds like a support order was entered years ago that he (you) either didn't know about or didn't respond to. Did he (you) know about her being pregnant?

The first thing to do is to ask for paternity testing to establish that he (you) is the father. The second thing to do is find out when the support order was awarded and why he (you) wasn't notified.
