When you think they hate you, you should just sit down with them and talk it out but if you are not able to do that maybe you should just write down how you feel and leave it some were, we're they can see it but make it seem like you forgot it there

If there's no way to talk to them about it, and I mean no way at all. Don't pretend you left the note there, leave it there and make them well aware of it. You should be able to talk to your parents about ANYTHING if you can't, or are afraid to, they might as well not even be there, because that's what they're there for, to help, protect and to guide you.

When you are a teen you have a lot of emotions and feelings that you just don't know how to understand or misunderstand them. Please believe that most parents do not hate their teens. You all are loved beyond measure. Talk with your parents. Tell them how you feel. You will be surprised at how many of them feel that you hate them as well. Just talk to your parents.

Great point simplytruth.
He's right, I have no idea what happened to spark this whole thing, but maybe they're upset because they think you hate them.
Trust me, it's pretty hard for your parents to go and hate you, had the same issue with my father when I was about 14, he screamed at me for about an hour straight about my grades, I thought he hated me too, and when I lost all control and started crying at the intensity of his anger, he broke down into tears and hugged me, said he only yelled because he cares and doesn't want me to fail, and appologized, but one heck of a shock to me.
