It is a movie that is quite old I think 20 years old its has a robot teddy bear and also a robot dog, I think it has rick moranis in it but not to sure, the robot bear takes control on some a police radio and also try to kill the family.

It's a family movie by the way if anyone can help me find out what it is I would be muchly appreciated.
