I have a list of figures.. they a various and I need to calculate 50% in a separate column which I have done. I now need to feed the resulting list into a rather antiquated system in order to process the service I am providing.

The problem is this (my) system will not accept a number that returns as 3.125 (50% of 6.25 of course) in the fx window even though the actual cell reads 3.13 once I formatted the list to accounting and 2 decimal spaces. I can manually change each occurrence in the list of course but knowing how amazing excel is think there must be another way to globally amend the whole list.

I have dabbled with the 'roundup' function, looked briefly at 'ceiling' but neither has so far worked.

Any ideas would be hugely appreciated

Ah... I have answered my own question! It is 'Roundup' but I did not realise you could use the 'fill' function to copy it to the whole column... doh! Done that, copied and pasted values only over the top and job done! Phew...

Thanks anyway to all who have looked and thought about answering!
