Your pup needs to be seen by a vet asap. Lack of food and water will weaken her further very rapidly.

I agree vet ASAP. Why did she have to be separated from the mother?

Well she didn't do you or the puppy any favors.
In a pinch you can rub a little Karo Syrup on his gums just in case his blood sugar in low.
If you don't have that if you have pancake syrup on hand that will work.
But I would still get him in to the vet.

Here's some info for you on orphaned puppies.
I realize it says kittens but it includes info for both kittens and puppies

I will try that and I know I would have loved to wait but there was no way she would have kept her any longer with the mother and thank you for the advice I will definitely take her to a vet asap

Keep your chin up dear and follow the instructions on that website.
Remember you'll have to make her pee and poop too, it's not that fun, but it's got to be done.
I hope all goes well, I appreciate the fact that you are doing what you can, bless you.
Edit: You'll notice a section in there on bathing, there is no need to worry about that now she is very young and if her system is already stressed it will make matters worse.

What is your question about feeding that the site didn't answer?
