I saw a film in the late 90's or early 2000's that happened in a post-apocalyptic world. There was a female robot/android who had a very low voice and short, black hair. It almost looked like a Cleopatra cut. There was another female character who had longer brown hair. I think she was killed off in the movie. I think there was some sort of robot war going on, and there was a man in the middle of everything. It kept appearing like he was switching sides. I've been searching for ever for the movie and can't seem to find the title. It's driving me nuts.
