I am two weeks late as of today, I've never been late or missed a period before. I've taken two home pregnancy tests and both said negative I've also went to the doctor and there's said negative too. What should I do? Am I pregnant? Any suggestions?

Wait until you are a month late... you might have taken the tests too soon.

Well if you have been and done all those things then your probably not pregnant. But I would wait a little longer to see...
Hope this helps,

No test is going to be accurate at only 2 weeks. It takes a month for a HPT to be accurate and about 3 weeks for a doctor given test to be.

There is no test which is reliable this early in the game. Did you actually read the question?

Boy do I hate to write this, but Smoothy and Judy, I was 4 days late with my first 2 pregnancies, and even less with my last that ended in miscarriage, when I tested and got an accurate positive.
Having said that, I am not the norm. There are many other women that will get a positive result early in the game, but that's not the norm, so I do agree that the OP should wait. But, I have to say, at 2 weeks late, it's not too early to test. Pregnancy tests aren't only reliable a month after a late period. That information isn't correct.
Sorry, I hate to disagree, but I've lived it, and had accurate results days after a missed period with all three of my pregnancies.
For the OP. Wait until your next period is due. If you miss that one then test again. Make sure to use first morning urine, it's more accurate. Also, make sure to follow the directions on the pregnancy test exactly.
Good luck.

I am reading one week to ensure accuracy. Of course, I said two weeks is too early so, yes, I am incorrect. Pregnancy tests fact sheet | womenshealth.gov (http://womenshealth.gov/publications/our-publications/fact-sheet/pregnancy-tests.cfm#e)
Your experience was not mine but, at any rate, my answer was incorrect.

It wasn't incorrect. The majority of women don't get an accurate result until their second missed period, sometimes even more.
I was simply stating that at 2 weeks, an accurate result is possible. Fact is, the OP could already have gotten an accurate result. She may well not be pregnant, and just had an off month instead.
I was by far not the norm. I took a pregnancy test at 4 days late with my first two pregnancies and got an accurate result almost as soon as I peed on the stick. It was confirmed the next day at the doctors office with another urine test. With my third pregnancy I was around 2-3 days late. But I have since learned that getting a positive that soon into pregnancy is rare.
The thing is, every woman is different. Some will get an accurate result very early in their pregnancy. There are others that will never get a positive result on a urine test, even late into pregnancy, when they already know that they're pregnant.
It's really a wait and see sort of thing. If you don't get a period, then test. If it's negative, wait. If you miss another period, test again. If it's negative, wait. Of course after the second missed period and a negative result, I'd really recommend seeing a doctor, getting a blood test, or asking for tests to figure out why you're missing your period. Pregnancy isn't the only thing that can delay a period.
I really just wanted to point out that at 2 weeks, a positive test when someone is pregnant, isn't that unusual, for many women. Many isn't all by a long shot. :)

The possibility of a correct reading that early should certainly be mentioned in the future and the question is asked frequently.
Now we know.
