Patient rights violation - the patient voluntary entered a drug rehab after 3 days the patient requested to be discharged. According the Patient Bill of Rights the patient could be released in 24 to 72 hours. The patient was informed that no one leaves before a full week, when the patient quoted the Patient Bill of Rights, the patient was informed that no leaves before they obtain a "Blue Band" this would mean the patient had fully detoxed from the drugs. Additionally during a group session a portion of a patient's medical record was disclosed to the group
