I am a Male and I'm 14 and I also have Type 1 Diabetes and this morning I woke up with red dot's on my face. I got to school and it only gave me pain. It has not itched yet. There not a Dark red. Monday this week I didn't eat lunch at all. Today every one is like, Eww get away I don't want to get what you have. I have already tried anti-itch cream and washing my face. What else should I try to get rid of it?

So does it itch or not? (You're using anti itch cream you said).
I'm curious also how the rash is spread across your face, is it in one area or does it form a line? Is it on both cheeks, or on your nose? Also do you know if you have a fever? Does it still hurt? Is it like normal acne or more like hives?
There's so many things that a face rash can be from it can range from an allergic reaction, to a bacterial infection or virus, or even a more serious disease. Seeing as it's painful I might suggest that it's shingles, but without seeing it I obviously can't say for sure. Have you ever had chicken pox?
It could even just be eczema.
If it doesn't itch I wouldn't put the anti-itch cream on it because there are steroids in most anti-itch creams that can reduce your immune response if it is something like bacteria.
Also since you're 14... have you spoken to your parents about the rash? What have they said? Maybe if you ask them they can get you a doctors appointment and you can get it sorted out by a professional.
Good luck!
