I think it was a film but not entirely sure...
It was about a girl who didn't know that she was a robot. She had forgotten some other things as well, like about her grandfather or something...
Anyway there was this one scene that stuck in my head. The girl was having a party or gathering of some sort at her house, and she is in the kitchen and cuts her finger with a knife by accident. And she goes to lick the cut but she finds that her "blood" tastes like copper.
There's also something about a video tape that she watches, and I think it triggers some memories, but it's memories of the future(?)... not really sure...
I think there is a twist at the end, and the more I think about it, the more I'm wondering if it's a book and I just have a vivid imagination... or that I just made the whole plot up...
Please help me identify this story :( all I can tell you is that I read/saw/made it up before 2008...
