I am 35 years old male. Recently I got married and was happy with my wife and my activities in sex. Since we have been trying for baby for the last 4 months, I checked my potency through a semen analysis test in a reputed hospital, the results were abnormal/unexpected.

15million sperm count, 10% Morphology and 55% motility with only 10% rapid linear sperms. I know I am impotent now but is there any remedy, we want a baby very badly and planning to try IUI and IVF but we should not reveal this to any of the family members including my parents and hers.

Is IUI and IVF a painful treatment?

Can we do it without any moral support (I mean a support from my mother or hers)?

I am given sperm count increasing tablets but I know these are all just vitamins.

What should I do now?

Please help...

Seriously it can take YEARS to conceive, so FOUR MONTHS is nothing.
Doctors are highly UNLIKELY to pursue artificial means after such a short space of time, unless you are willing to PAY top dollar for the treatment.
