I have a four year old and my sons father gets him every Thursday till Monday and people are telling me that his drinking around him and I did bring it to court my sons father is putting my son and danger what do I do because he gets drunk to the point he can't stand up and I'm scared for my son and I worry the judge don't want to listen to me I need help

You need to get concrete proof that the father is getting legally drunk during the child's visits. You may petition the court for a blood test. Or bring witness testimony. Basically you need to convince the court that he could be a danger.
