My friend has two sons. The elder one is a very bright child. My friend cannot afford good education for him. I with my family is moving to the US and my friend wants to send him with me for higher education. But as I have a two year old dughter and no boy child I want to adopt my friends son and take him to the US. pl. advice me on how should I go ahead with the adoption procedure?

You would have to check local laws for the process of adoption. Generally if both parents will agree, the courts should allow it.
