I have constint pain on my right side above my hip, in my back... I have I little sting when I urinate.. I have frequint uti's, and the 1st night this happened I could hardley urinate, and it stung when I tried, along with the extreme back pain. I thought it was just another uti. I went to the ER and the results came back clear for the uti, but the doctor said it looked like I was a little dehidrated. Naturally I've been drinking a lot more water.. The next day I could urinate again with very little sting.. I thought "oh wow, drinking water is working" so I've continued drinking water. Im on day 3 now, and my pain in my lower back on my right side above my hip bone hurts really bad again.. It almost feels like laybor pain, and when I touch that area it feels like a bad bruse on my skin... I tried to feel for lumps or swellinh and there is none.. My urin still stings a little... What is it?? I did explain this pain to the doctor when I went into the ER, and he said he didn't know why I would be hurting there with no uti infection... Sometimes it almost feels like it reaches around to my front too. Im not sure if its because The pain is in my lower back and side hurts, so my front is feeling the stress, or if its all related?? Ive read other ppls similar problems and it seems to help if you know my age, gender, and health problems: Im 28 yrs old-female-frequint uti's... ( I did read on one persons advise, they said siatic nurve problem. I have had that. It comes and goes in my legs... ) even though this does not have the same pain as my siatic pain...
