I meet my friend 3 years ago has a son and she is amazing but a little to calm but I love her , for the past couple of month been having panik attacks once or 2 time a week , crying , sleeping 24/7 sometime , just stop smoking like 5 month ago that was great so happy for her but now she is so sad all the time calling crying very bad , don't want to go home to her husband , feeling ugly , fat etc... But she is not I am so positiv with her and trying to put myself as e example that we are not all perfect and try to make my best to bring her back a week ago her husband ask for divorce I am so scare that to don't to something bad... Where should start , how to open the subject with out hearting her even more.. It is a test with some question if anyone can give me a clue I will try to see and maybe push her little to go to a dr because she dosen think that she has a problem...
