I'm 12(soon tobe 13 in 25 days) and I'm about 5,4 tall and I weight 152 pounds I'm in year 8 but I'm changing schools soon and at the moment I already get called fat and names about my weight and I just don't want that to happen in my new school and plus the school I'm going to is much bigger then my school I'm at, at the moment. I don't eat a lot and I walk most the time!

If you don't eat much, walk all the time and still weigh 152" at 5'4" you need to speak to a Physician to check your thyroid, see if there are other problems.
You need to eat foods that are low in calories, exercise more IF there are no health issues.
How about snacking, pizza, things like that? Do you eat in a healthy manner?

Bingo! That's exactly what you need to stop - or at least cut back. Pizza and McDonalds (which I happen to like) are very bad when it comes to calories. I occasionally treat myself - but not very often.
Have you looked at calorie and nutrition charts?
You aren't obese (or in that category) so you should be able to get the weight off fairly quickly, definitely enough off to make a difference by the time school resumes in the Fall.
As far as being called fat - somebody always has something critical to say. I have a very overweight friend who was teased and bullied her whole life. She used to say, 'I'd rather be fat like me than stupid like you." Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. I don't recommend it - but it sure shut people up!
And if you were thin as a rail SOMEBODY would have something to say. Welcome to school!

Yes you could use to trim maybe 15 or 20 lbs and tone up.
Stop eating all the fast foods, sorry no McDonalds and pizza or if and when you do, one small slice of pizza, at fast food, get the less fatty foods. Eat more fresh veggies, ( not canned, they have too much salt) Whole grain and fiber pasta is great, fresh fruits ( again, not the canned ones)
And yes walk a few miles every day.
