Have you tried adjusting the throttle cable, to lower the idle rpm?

My experience has been that you may get away with cleaning a MAF Sensor once, but not much more than that. Replacement tends to be around 140,000 miles.

Analyze your throttle cable set-up. Usually, you can loosen the outside jam nut, to lower the rpm, and then tighten the inside jam nut. Before, you were likely messing around with the idle speed adjustment screw, where you remove the connector to the IACV and make fine adjustments to the idle speed. Afterwards, you reconnect the connector to the IACV. I imagine your idle speed, however, is grossly out of adjustment and you need to focus on the throttle cable.

Maf semsor seems to check.out.but still has high idle.starts out at 1100 cold start up then slowly creeps to 1500 and stays there.I have idle screw turned all the way in.
