There is no real way of getting pregnant "fast". No one knows your body better than you do. So sit down and think about your menstrual cycle, what are the signs of you getting it before and during. How long does your cycle last, when is your ovulation day, etc. A lot of woman make the mistake of trying to conceive at the wrong time because they don't know when they ovulate. Based on how long your period is, will be based on what day you start your highest days of fertility. For example my cycle lasts 28 days. And say the first day of my last period was may 1st. My ovulation day would be may 15th. So my most fertile days would be from the 12th-17th. Keep in mind that there is only a 25-30% chance of conception each month, but the BEST day to try is the day right before you ovulate because it takes 12 hours for a sperm to connect to the egg. And sperm only live for up to 24 hours. An easy way to find out when you ovulate is going to the ovulation calculator online. Whether you were having shots or on a birth control pill, all it takes is one time. Many people think because you've had shots or on a pill for so long that it will take years to get pregnant that is not true. A healthy couple will conceive within 1 year of trying. To proper date that is. Good luck!
