My mother past away almost 3years ago.. In her will she left the house to all four of her children.. The house was in a reverse mortgage and after a year went into foreclosure.. My brother had someone from his church that work cases on saving homes in this situation.. Never meeting this person, we were only to trust my brother would do the right thing.. So we sign a court document (without a notary verifying our signature) giving him temporary rights over the house, until it was finalized out of foreclosure.
This happened this year 2012.. We have found that my brother has turned the deed over in his name(11-16-2011) and is now seeking to throw us out... Is this illegal?

It sounds illegal based on what you have said.

Have an Attorney review the paperwork.

...The house was in a reverse mortgage and after a year went into foreclosure.. ...

That doesn't make sense. The way a reverse mortgage works, the bank makes payments to the owner until the owner dies. Then it belongs to the bank. So What would they be foreclosing upon?

That aside, if she left it to her children in her will, was the will ever probated?
