My GE Profile TPX24SPZC side by side, built in style, has ice build up on the bottom left of the freezer. The ice became at least an inch thick before removing it.

I have been unable to locate the drain for this model. The manual does not describe where it is, or how to clean it. Calling GE did not result in an additional information except to contact repair.

The water seems to slope to the left side. Any information as to how to get to the drain in order to clean it out, would be most helpful.

The drain is behind the freezer coils cover. You need to thaw it out to remove it. You should pull out unit from wall and remove both the front kick plate and rear cover. Slide out drain pan from front and clean it, then wash out coils while you have it out because if dirty it will burn your compressor up, which is a common problem as those coils collect a lot of dirt fast. When you get the inside freezer cover off you will see a small drain pan at the bottom which you need to unstop, also check that drain line coming from fresh food part is clear. I use the nozzle to the water hose to blow a little water through the drain hoses. What happens, often, is a piece of food like a pea gets into the drain pan and stops up the line. Also, there is a drain heater that if it fails will cause the line to freeze solid. If bad you will need to replace it. I hope this helps.
