Normal size anteverted uterus with seemingly decidualized endometrium, normal right ovary; copus luteum; left ovary; paraovaion cyst, left; No evidence of intra nor extrauterine gestation at the time of scan; suggest repeat scan after 1 week to assess the possibility of very early pregnancy. I WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT MY WIFE AND MY BABY WILL BE OK... THANKS GUYS!
