Can I change my children and mother's visas from tourist to family re union visas. My youngest child is just 6months old and I am afraid of leaving him behind while I come to Belgium and prepare for their arrival.Only the Embassy of Belgium can answer that... but I'm going to guess the answer is no... because there is a HUGE difference between the two. The tourist Visa they expect you to leave... so are more willing to give that... the other... is far more difficult to get.
